WARRANTY:

Intech Tools shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage attributable to defects in the goods, nor in respect of conditions or warranties whether expressed or implied by Statute or at common law or otherwise which have not been confirmed by the company in writing.

CREDITS/RETURNS:

Authorisation must be obtained before returning goods for credit. No goods will be accepted for credit that are correctly supplied and invoiced if not returned freight paid within 14 days and delivery freight will be charged. Also, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for any goods supplied correctly. 

RETURNED FOR WARRANTY

1. All goods returned to Intech Tools Pty Ltd must be accompanied by a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). Goods returned to Intech Tools Pty Ltd without an RAN will not be accepted.
2. All RA(Return Authorised) returns are to be delivered to Intech Tools Pty Ltd, 12 Hanrahan Street, Thomastown VIC 3074, Australia.
3. Cost of returning goods under warranty, transport and insurance, is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Goods must be properly packaged for return, goods damaged in transit will void warranty.
5. Goods returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced at Intech Tool’s discretion.
6. Whilst Intech Tools Pty Ltd will endeavour to return warranted goods to customer as quickly as possible, temporary replacement items will not be supplied.
7. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all warranty returns.
8. Intech Tools Pty Ltd warrants that the products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to usage is not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, acceptable wear and tear, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Intech Tools Pty Ltd will be excluded from warranty claims.
9. Goods returned with no fault found may be charged a minimum administration fee of $25.00+GST per item.

RETURNED FOR CREDIT

1. All credit requests must be made to your account/sales representative OR to Intech Tools Customer Service.
2. All goods returned to Intech Tools Pty Ltd must be accompanied by a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). Goods returned to Intech Tools Pty Ltd without and RAN will not be accepted.
3. Specifically ordered non-stock items will not be accepted for credit.
4. Credit will be issued at Intech Tool’s discretion and, where applicable, re-stocking fees will apply.
5. All RA(Return Authorised) returns are to be delivered to Intech Tools Pty Ltd, 12 Hanrahan Street, Thomastown VIC 3074, Australia.
6. Goods may be considered as eligible for credit return provided that all of the following criteria are met: a credit RAN, RA, is obtained prior to sending the returned goods; and the goods are returned unopened, undamaged and in original packaging, and as such must not have additional price, warranty, freight and/or other sticker, tags or labels attached; and the returned goods are received by Intech Tools Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt of goods by the customer.
7. If returned goods are deemed by Intech Tools Pty Ltd not to be in a re-saleable condition, credit will be denied and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange the collection of the goods.
8. Unless Intech Tools Pty Ltd has incorrectly shipped products, transport charges will be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Intech Tools Pty Ltd in writing.
